Woodpecker Cottage’s traditional stone walls and characterful front door lead into your open plan living area with feature beamed ceiling and other period details typical of a barn conversion. With underfloor heating throughout, your sitting area has a cosy sofa for snuggling in front of the crackling wood burner. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as  all the usuals like crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils. There is a dining table and chairs for lazy breakfasts and private candlelit dinners. For entertainment you have high speed wi-fi and a Smart TV for watching films & box sets (Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer etc available for you to log in with your own subscription).

Your bedroom has a double bed with sumptuous Egyptian cotton bed linen creating a luxurious cocoon to encourage you to early nights and long lie-ins. In the morning you can refresh yourself in your walk-in shower which is fed from our own private spring. Then after a day of exploring the countryside or beaches relax in a pure spring water, 6 ft double ended bath for 2 – just add bubbly.

Outside, your private terrace is perfect for alfresco dining or a short walk takes you to our private Picnic Meadow and Wild Meadow where you can enjoy a glass or two of something special whilst taking in the panoramic views over the Teifi Valley and watching the stunning sunsets.
